Trend Report: Embellished Eyebrows

Welcome to the first episode of my "Fashion Tips", in which sometimes I'll discuss with you the most controversial or interesting trends of the season and other times I'll just try to give you some useful advice about easier fashion's topics. For today I chose one of the biggest beauty talking points for this F/W: the jeweled embellished eyebrows that Chanel presented in Paris last March. The idea came from two genius minds, starting from Karl Lagerfeld's sketches, that the creative director of Chanel Make-Up interpreted in a totally unexpected way. 

Is it possible to rock them off the catwalk? Yes, the time for them has come. Wear them for a special night, for a party or a particular event. Let these graphic eyebrows become the main accessory of your look, pair them with a simple cocktail dress and heels.

Where to buy them? Looking up online I could not find much, and beauty shops in Milan don't sell anything like that. My best suggest would be to DIY (do it yourself). They won't probably look like Chanel catwalk's ones (it took 3 hours for each pair), but you can try to customize your pair, also choosing the type of sequins and little stones, making them less showy or more, depending on your taste. I am going to try and publish the results of my DIY on the blog soon!

Per oggi ho scelto uno dei maggiori talking points della stagione: le sopracciglia gioiello presentate da Chanel a Parigi a Marzo. L'idea è venuta dall'unione di due menti geniali, partendo dagli schizzi di Karl Lagerfeld, che il direttore creativo del Make-Up Chanel ha interpretato in un modo del tutto inaspettato.

E' possibile indossarle al di fuori della passerella? Si, finalmente il momento di usarle è arrivato. Indossale per una notte speciale, un party o un evento particolare. Lascia che queste sopracciglia grafiche diventino l'accessorio principale del tuo look, abbinale ad un vestito da cocktail semplice e tacchi.

Dove comprarle? Girando online non ho trovato molto, e i negozi di beauty a Milano non vendono nulla di simile. Il mio consiglio è quello di fare un DIY (do it yourself). Probabilmente non avranno lo stesso aspetto di quelle che abbiamo visto sulla passerella di Chanel (ogni paio ha richiesto 3 ore di tempo), ma puoi provare a personalizzarle, scegliendo i tipi di pietra e paillettes, rendendole più o meno appariscenti secondo i tuoi gusti. Pubblicherò i risultati del mio DIY il prima possibile!
