My Interview for MbReporter.it

EN This is a screenshot of the interview I filmed the other day for the local website MbReporter.it
I know it's only in italian (Watch it clicking HERE) and I am sorry for that, but we are going to start filming more often for the blog and the videos will of course be in english. I hope you'll enjoy it anyways, in the video there's a lot to see of my personality!



-Q: Irene Buffa, 20 years old, has a blog that is really successful and not only in Italy
A: My blog has grown a lot in the past months and it reached about 8.000 views per day. I write in english, italian and spanish and therefore a lot of people are able to read my contents: I have many followers from Spain and South America, a lot of Asians followers (especially Chinese and Japanese) and of course readers from all Europe.

-Q: Why this choice, this idea of a fashion blog?
A: The idea of the blog came because many people around me were always asking me things like where I bought a pair of jeans or a certain accessory; that's why I decided to open my personal space on the internet, where people can see my outfits and can also give me their opinions.

-Q: You are studying architecture, do you think there's any relation between architecture and fashion?
A: Architecture is fashion, it's only a matter of dimensions, as Coco Chanel said.

-Q: You live in Monza, but you spend your days in Milan: are these cities that inspire you?
A: Milan is a great source of inspiration for me and it is the perfect place for who loves fashion; for example the other day I was walking with my boyfriend and two guys asked me if they could take streetstyle pictures of me for a brazilian magazine and I of course said yes!

-Q: What are the projects for your future?
A: My first goal is that of getting the degree in architecture, but also that of traveling: I always want to find out more about other traditions. I have already been in many cities in Europe and last summer I've been in Mexico for a long period... My dream would be that of going to Japan.

E' la prima volta che mi vedete in video quindi spero che vi piaccia, fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate!

Sé que es sólo en italiano (Véala haciendo click aquí) y lo siento por eso, pero vamos a empezar a filmar con mayor frecuencia para el blog y los videos, por supuesto, van a estar en Inglés. Espero que lo van a disfrutar de todos modos porque en el video hay mucho que ver de mi personalidad!

-P: Irene Buffa, de 20 años de edad, tiene un blog que es realmente exitoso y no sólo en Italia
R: Mi blog ha crecido mucho en los últimos meses, que alcanzando 8.000 visitas por día. Yo escribo en Inglés, italiano y español y por lo tanto una gran cantidad de personas pueden leer el blog: tengo muchos seguidores de España y América del Sur, muchos seguidores asiáticos (especialmente de China y Japón) y lectores desde toda Europa.

-P: ¿Por qué esta decisión, esta idea de un blog de moda?
R: La idea del blog fue porque muchas personas siempre me preguntaban donde compré un par de jeans o un accesorio determinado; por eso me decidí a abrir mi espacio personal en Internet, donde la gente puede ver mi outfits y también me puede dar su opinión.


-P: Estás estudiando arquitectura, ¿crees que hay alguna relación entre la arquitectura y la moda?
R: La arquitectura es moda, es sólo una cuestión de dimensiones, como Coco Chanel dijo.


-P: Usted vive en Monza, pero pasas tus días en Milán: son estas ciudades que te inspiran?
R: Milán es una gran fuente de inspiración para mí y es el lugar ideal para quien ama la moda, por ejemplo, el otro día estaba caminando con mi novio y dos tipos me preguntaron si podían tomar fotos de streetstyle de mí para una revista brasileña y yo por supuesto dije que sí!


-P: ¿Cuáles son los proyectos para el futuro?
R: Mi primer objetivo es obtener el título de arquitecto, sino también el de viajar: Siempre quiero saber más sobre las diferentes tradiciones. Ya he estada en muchas ciudades de Europa y el verano pasado he estado en México por un largo período ... Mi sueño sería el de ir a Japón.
