EN This would be the last post..if the world was going to end tomorrow! I firmly don't believe in the (not) Mayan prophecy, but I have to admit that today I've been thinking about it in terms of "Would I eventually die happy?" or "What would I do tomorrow before the end of the world?" ... I decided the world CAN'T END since tomorrow I have a date with my boyfriend and on Sunday we are leaving for two days to go relax in the beautiful Lefay Resort & Spa!
What do you guys think of the prophecy?
Anyways, you know how much I love simple outfits and the one I am showing you today is for sure one of those. I decided to reinvent Chicwish plaid skirt cutting its length and using its belt on the long warm sweater. Tartan is for me a must this year and I'll be wearing more before the end of winter!

EN The quiet before the first snow, a moment I enjoy every year. There's a magic in the air and suddenly the Christmas spirit arises in me! Do you know that sensation?
I prepared myself for the snow also with the outfit. I could not be any warmer with the faux-fur I got some time ago in H&M, the Vivilli fringed sweater and the merino wool SkinGloves made for every type of touch screen.
The most important accessory were for sure the Stella McCartney sunglasses I got from Sunglassesshop.com...I have to confess you that white snow makes me kind of blind and I always arm myself of sunglasses when the city is all white! :P

If last year I suggested you to wear stars (do you remember this post?), for the end of 2012 there's nothing I see but sequins. If the trend was already spreading this autumn, now is the best time to pull it out. Choose the length, the color, the cut of your dress... to necessarily match with opaque tights and really high heels...You are almost ready for the Holiday!

EN "Today I am wearing a Borsalino" it's the metonymy for today's outfit; one of those classic outfits I love but I am rarely in the mood for. The good girl coat from Sheinside, the golden chain bag, all in soft tones, completed by the "hat of the hats", perfect for the winter, that now is available also on the web just going to this link. The final touch was given from the Stella McCartney sunnies I got from sunglassesshop.com. Aren't they just perfection?

EN It's cold out there, can you believe it's going to snow on Friday? :)
The weather inspired me and this night I am decorating my Christmas tree and filling my house with lilttle santa Claus!
In the meanwhile, I'll share my latest outfit with you. It's all about layering: tights, socks, booties, the Astarswomens.com brazilian skirt, a tank top, a long sleeves shirt, the sweater and the quilted short coat from Sugarlips. A long list, because that's my only solution to December cold...Yes, I admit I am not a big fan of down jackets, are you? How do you face the cold?

November Readings

EN November has ended and what I have left is some few lessons about life and some things -featured in today's post- that stayed with me during the whole month: my favorite November readings among which there's Vogue Italia and, the garments I kept "Onto my Wardrobe" like the black pleated skirt and the Astarswomens.com grey sweater, but also one of the Dior's lipstick shades from the Grand Bal collection.
