The making of: Givenchy Haute Couture S/S 2012

Givenchy Haute Couture Parigi S/S 2012:  The Haute Couture collection that impressed me the most. Black and white. The woman in white is ethereal, fatal, but a fatality that is dangerous and hidden: the innocence of white is contradicted by the studs that are revealed on the back of the dress, these women came from the moon.
On the contrary the woman in black wants to be strong, wearing a thick skin made of leather, metal details and stones, are these beings invincible or is it just a shell?
I liked a lot the use of nose rings, an ethnic touch, the working clothes (I don't know what I would give to have one of these pieces), but also the choice of the models.
In this collection is contained everything that I love most in fashion, as in life: the human being that reveals its ambiguous character, a double personality made up of whites and blacks, fragility and strength; the beauty of what is different and stands out.

Givenchy Haute Couture Parigi S/S 2012: La collezione di Haute Couture che mi ha colpito di più. Bianco e nero. La donna in bianco è eterea, fatale, ma di una fatalità pericolosa e nascosta: l'innocenza del bianco è contraddetta dalle borchie che si svelano sulla parte posteriore del vestito, sono donne venute dalla luna.

La donna in nero al contrario si vuole mostrare forte, indossa una pelle dura di pietre pelle e dettagli metallici, sono esseri invincibili o è solo una corazza?

Ho adorato l'uso degli anelli al naso, dal tocco etnico, la lavorazione dei vestiti (non so quanto darei per poter avere uno di questi pezzi unici), ma anche la scelta delle modelle.

In una collezione è racchiuso tutto ciò che amo di più nella moda, così come nella vita: l'uomo che svela il suo carattere ambiguo, una doppia personalità fatta di bianchi a neri, fragilità e forza; la bellezza di ciò che è diverso e si distingue.
