Dior Make Up Experience

In secondary school one day I told my mum I wanted to start using make up and the day after she came back home with some products from Dior, an eyeliner and some blush, because -she said- "Make-up products have to be of high quality". I remembered this on Monday, when I was so lucky to attend the Dior make-up event organized at the Mazzolari perfumery in the center of Milan, where trying all the cosmetics I wanted I realized that with such good easy-application products you can obtain a perfect make-up and manicure in 10 minutes! The protagonists of the day were the "Nude Collection" and the "Golden Jungle", from nail polishes to eye shadows all on the warm tones of browns, bronzes and militar green and the "Dramming Fountain" a system that provides Diorskin Nude Fluide foundation cream of different shades, depending on the tonality the client needs.  Keep reading, there's a lot more left to see!




Alle scuole medie un giorno ho detto a mia madre che volevo iniziare ad usare dei prodotti di make up e il giorno dopo è tornata a casa con dei prodotti Dior, una matita per gli occhi e della terra, perchè - mi ha detto- "I prodotti di trucco devono essere di alta qualità". Mi sono ricordata di questo episodio lunedì, quando ho avuto l'occasione di partecipare all'evento di make-up organizzato da Dior nella storica profumeria Mazzolari nel centro di Milano, dove ho potuto provare in prima persona ogni tipo di cosmetico, rendendomi conto che usando trucchi di qualità e facili da applicare come quelli di Dior, è possibile ottenere un make-up e una manicure fai da te perfetta con soli 10 minuti di tempo! I protagonisti della giornata erano la "Nude Collection" e la "Golden Jungle", da smalti a ombretti sulle tonalità calde dei marroni, i bronzi e il verde militare e la "Dramming Fountain" un sistema che eroga fondotinta Diorskin Nude Fluide di tinte diverse a seconda delle necessità delle clienti. For the nails treatment I chose the Dior Vernis "Purple Revolution" a really beautiful intense violet, that is so easy to apply also at home thanks to the flat brush that has the shape of the nail. For the make-up I decided to make Andrea, my make-up artist for the day, decide for me... He did not only realize an impeccable make-up, but he also taught me how to reproduce it myself, in a more delicate key. (You can actually see the before and after the make-up from the pictures)
I have to say that the Dior team thought about everything, giving me also some of the latest products from the Nude Collection... What do you think if I try to recreate a Dior make-up here at home? :)

Per quanto riguarda la manicure ho scelto il Dior Vernis "Purple Revolution" un viola molto bello e intenso, quasi tendente al nero, facile da applicare anche a casa grazie al pennellino piatto che riprende la forma dell'unghia. Per il trucco invece mi sono affidata ad Andrea, un fantastico make-up artist, che come vi ho già detto non solo mi ha truccato in maniera impeccabile, ma mi ha insegnato a riprodurre lo stesso trucco a casa, in chiave più delicata. (Potete proprio vedere il prima e dopo il trucco dalle foto)
Devo dire che il team di Dior non mi ha fatto mancare niente, facendomi avere anche alcuni tra gli ultimi prodotti della Nude Collection... che ne dite quindi se provo a riprodurre un make-up firmato Dior per delle foto? :)
Perchè mi è piaciuta questa esperienza? Perchè Dior rende possibile avere un make-up ben fatto ogni giorno!
